集落刺激因子 1（Colony Stimulating Factor 1，CSF1），又稱巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因 子（M-CSF），是由兩條相同多肽鏈通過二硫鍵形成的同源二聚體，是導(dǎo)致各種炎癥性疾 病的最常見的促炎細(xì)胞因子之一。其在骨關(guān)節(jié)炎、癌癥和其他自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)展和進(jìn) 展中具有顯著的作用。 |
